Life is insane y'all.
So much to do. So much to study. So much to learn. So many places to go. So little time to do it all.
If you're like me right now, wondering how in the world your going to pass that test or get all that work done, or are just simply stressed, this is for you. I hope you like it.

"Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done." Philippians 4:6-7
Wowowow. This verse people - I don't do what to do with it. Or maybe I do, but I don't do it. [Sound familiar? Haha.] Instead or laying all my junk down at the feet of Jesus & trusting Him with my silly, silly plans, I worry. Ughhh...
How can we possibly change?
Pause. Y'all, Jesus knows. He knows what grade you'll make on that test. He knows whether or not you'll make the cheer team. He knows if you'll be able to recall all that information for the competition. He knows. So I think we should trust the Guy who already knows what's going to happen to us, even if it's super hard. Stressing, fearing, worrying, it's all gonna get you nowhere. Praying, resting, believing? That will give you strength - & faith.
But wait. Just because you pray, rest, & believe doesn't mean things will always go the way you want it to.
The One who knows everything knows what is best for our good, & for His glory.
I have to remind myself of this often, & I want to remind you, too.
God's plans far outweigh ours.
When things don't go our way, we need to just laugh it off. Laugh...& remember that God has such great plans for us that we cannot even begin to imagine yet.
So many things have happened in my life where I'm like, "How in the world. This is not going to work out for my good. How could it? Now what will people think of me? Seriously God? Seriously. Oh my gosh, seriously?!" Some of these thoughts I continue to wrestle with... Others I'm able to imagine, or understand now what God was doing behind the scenes. With other things, I will never understand...until I meet my King face to face.

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord. "For as the heavens add higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts higher than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:8-9
So I just want to say, whatever your wrestling with, or worrying about, or are struggling with, there is freedom found when we lay it down at the feet of Jesus.
